Thank you for registering for Panhellenic Fall Formal Recruitment at UCR!  We're so excited to meet you and help you find your home!

Recruitment Events will take place from October 7th - October 11th.

Please note that all recruitment events are mandatory.  The only excused absences are class. If you have conflicts during any events, please complete the following form:  CONFLICT FORM

Please note you are fully responsible for reporting any scheduling conflicts that may interfere with Primary Recruitment to the Panhellenic VP of Recruitment no later than 10/7/2026 @ 11:55pm. The form can be found above, as well as in the virtual PNM Information Guide, Panhellenic Instagram Linktree, the Panhellenic website, and in my upcoming email correspondence from the VP Recruitment. Note that the only automatically-approved excuse for recruitment will be class. Work-related excuses and any excuses submitted after the deadline will automatically be classified as unexcused, unless an emergency is involved. All excuses other than class and work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that failure to submit scheduling conflicts and unexcused absences will result in being dropped from the Primary Recruitment process.

If you want to keep up with the Panhellenic Council (CPA) and all of the seven chapters of CPA, feel free to find us on Instagram (@ucrpanhellenic). Keep in mind that the formal recruitment period is a time to get to know members of all CPA organizations. You don't need to prepare during summer other than bringing your best self to recruitment. Chapter members will be on campus tabling during summer orientations and are barred from hosting pre-recruitment events to sway your decision making. If you feel that chapter members are influencing your decisions before meeting everyone during formal recruitment, let us know.
